I called to get a refund for my socks. I had to listen to about 5 mins.
of ads before the operator would give me a verification code to send the socks back. I got the verification code but was unable to complete the transaction & the operator hung up.
I'm out over $60! The no show socks have NO support.

I believe I made a mistake I ordered...
- - Ordered the wrong socks (Compression) instead of Easy Stretch; two 5-pair packages.
- - Wants to switch to Easy Stretch and asks about extra charges.
I believe I made a mistake. I ordered some socks, and I think I purchased the wrong ones.
I wanted to buy the Easy Stretch, not the Compression socks. I ordered two packages, each with 5 pairs. Is there a way I can change them to the Easy Stretch? Let me know if it costs more money.
The whole reason I came to your site is because I can never find socks that don't strangle my legs and ankles.

The socks run small, material is rough on legs affected by fluid, difficult to put on, sagged in the middle of the lower leg and left mark. Made in China of course.
Since I could not return, I let others in the building have them.
That was $60 dollars wasted. But I know that once the company had our money it could laugh all the way to the bank.

Sizing
Fit is good, however they are slightly tight at the top edge & am wondering if I should size up. I wear an 11 shoe & have M/L socks currently

The socks themselves are great. The delivery and shell game is disgracefule
- - 2-for-1 deal seemed valid, but invoice showed 1 and couldn't be changed.
- - Shipping info was clear.
- - 3 pairs arrived, not compression as advertised.
I first saw adds the a 2 for one deal which it seemed as though was working. When I saw the invoice after paying it was 1 pr.
But there did not ever seem to be a way to change it. They were great at letting me no the shipping info. Only got one promo.
Instead if 2 I was sooooo inundated with adds after adds I succumbed to ordering what I only ever saw - compression socks I got my 3 pair yay but they were NOT COMPRESSION they advertised all these new patterns so I figured they were all compression. They sent cheaper stretchy crop no good to me but again NO COMMUNICATION

Not happy with my last order

Sox don’t fit

I ordered some compression socks that went all the way up to your knee. They did not fit.
I called customer service. The lady told me to take a pic of the socks and send it via email with a small message. I was told I would get replacement socks in the mail.
Ive been waiting forever and Ive gotten nothing. I am not a happy customer.
